pk64 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of This Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk64 platform, accessible at https://pk64.win, including all associated games, betting services, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support channels operated by pk64 ("we", "us", "our", "pk64").

By accessing any page of pk64.win, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and pk64.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the pk64 platform and close your account. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The pk64 platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, make a deposit, place any wager, or participate in any promotional offer on pk64. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register, voluntary exclusion list, or blocked-player database maintained by pk64 or any affiliated gaming operator.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance remaining will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any bonus funds received.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the pk64 platform. Creating duplicate accounts, operating multiple accounts simultaneously, or registering under a false identity are all strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a pk64 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date. pk64 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pk64 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pk64 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before processing withdrawals or accessing certain account features. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions. All documents submitted are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 One Account Per Device and Household

Only one pk64 account may be operated per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected originating from the same network or device, pk64 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and apply bonus abuse rules to any winnings generated through those accounts.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

pk64 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your pk64 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page. pk64 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Verified accounts using bKash or Nagad typically receive withdrawals within 60 seconds of approval. Withdrawal requests that require additional verification may take up to 3 business days. pk64 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000.

4.3 Restrictions

You may only withdraw funds that are yours and that have been deposited through legitimate means. pk64 does not accept deposits made with funds obtained through illegal activity. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your own name will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk64 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and returning players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin events, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for pk64's welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. This bonus is credited to your account automatically upon deposit confirmation. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each offer is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

pk64 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using bonus funds to make low-risk hedging bets designed to guarantee completion of wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play. pk64 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected, without prior notice.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

pk64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Once a player has opted in to a promotion and made a qualifying deposit, the terms in place at the time of opt-in will apply for that specific offer cycle.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the pk64 platform — including slots, live dealer table games, crash games, keno, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules set by the respective game provider as well as the general rules described in this section.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino game outcomes on pk64 are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by our game providers, which include Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.2 Technical Malfunctions

Bets placed on abandoned or postponed events will be settled in accordance with our published sports betting rules. Live in-play bets confirmed before a material change in match circumstances will stand; bets accepted after a significant event (such as a wicket falling) that were placed with knowledge of that event may be voided at pk64's discretion.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

pk64 applies per-session and per-event maximum winning limits, which vary by game and market type. These limits are displayed within each game or market. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit, and the excess will not be paid out. This rule applies to all game types including jackpot slots and accumulator sports bets.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk64 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility at any point.
• Money laundering: Using the pk64 platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. pk64 maintains a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets on your behalf without genuine human interaction.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software error, pricing mistake, or manifest odds error to generate winnings that would not have been achievable under correct operating conditions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals against deposits made to your pk64 account. Any chargeback attempt will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the full value of any associated winnings.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or play on the platform while under the age of 18, or assisting any person under the age of 18 in doing so.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

pk64 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to pk64, its other players, or the integrity of its platform.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in cleared funds (excluding bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to suspend their accounts for responsible gaming reasons may use pk64's self-exclusion tool to apply a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, or request permanent closure. 8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where pk64 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. pk64 will notify the affected player of the reason for closure and the outcome regarding their balance via the registered email address, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

8.4 Amendments to These Terms

pk64 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at least 7 days before taking effect where operationally feasible.
